Here is a great trail for hiking, biking and blading enthusiasts and even offers some snowmobiling runs in the winter and of course, cross country skiing. Just west of Traverse City in Benzie County, this 22.3 mile path travels from the quaint Lake Michigan town of Frankfort on down to the crossroads of Thompsonville, home to the ever-popular Crystal Mountain ski resort.
